Is skating on top of the Eiffel Tower free?

I'm doing a french project and I can't find any rate for ice skating on top of the tower. I seriously need help!!!!!!!!

Yes, once you have paid the admission to the tower, skating is completely free (they will lend you ice skates. Bringing your own is not allowed). But the skating rink is not on every winter unfortunately. Maybe this year, I don't know...?

ChocoBN is correct. Also the skating rink, when set up, is not at the top of the Eiffel tower but on the First Level.
