No, it is not near the Eiffel Tower.

Roissy is the name of the area where Charles De Gaulle Airport is located and is well outside of Paris. There is a commuter train service called the RER that takes you to Paris, but travel time can be between 20-55 mins to Paris center.

If looking for a hotel in Paris and booking online, the easiest thing to check is the hotel postal code (a 5 digit number). If it begins with 750XX, where XX is between 01 and 20, then you are assured it is in Paris. Anything else and it is outside of the city in the surrounding communities.

If you are referring to the Hôtel Première Classe Roissy at the Villepinte Parc des Expositions then this is nowhere near the Eiffel Tower and a terrible location for anyone who is going to Paris for the usual tourist sights.

That is, by the way, the reason its so cheap.

You can take a direct flight to Las Vagas and see a copy of the Eiffel Tower there.

If you've been sold this as a city centre hotel, you've been had.
The only reason anyone would want to stay there is if they had a plane to get early the next morning.
If you are staying there because of the price, it is a false economy. Transport into the city will more than eat up any saving you have made.
Cancel your resevation and get a hotel in the city centre. Even if you have to pay a cancellation fee, you coudl still be in pocket.

Unless of you are travelling in a group by coach. It is convenient for coaches to stop outside the city.

The hotel you are talking about is in the middle of a nowhere zone... Only companies HQ around, no restaurant, nothing to do.
