Yep, it's outside of Paris.

Dreamer. That's it.
Yeah!! Don't you watch Disney channel??? Miley Cyrus visited Disneyland France. I'd love to be able to just go to plain, old Disneyland U.S. Maybe when I'm older.....

Iggy
NO, there is a Disney World near Paris, France.
Also they have the one in Orlando, Florida; one in Tokyo, Japan and one in Hong Kong, China.

All of them are called Disney World, the only called Disneyland is in Anaheim, California.

Yes. It was previously called EuroDisney but now goes by Disneyland Paris. From Paris, you can get there by taking the RER train "A" and you can board this train at the station, "Nation" among others. Parc Disneyland is the last stop on that rail and is a 30-40 minute trip from Paris. You will need a ticket for the RER which you can buy from any station with an attendant. This costs several Euro. Your RER ticket doubles as your Metro ticket for the ride, so don't waste a Metro ticket if you've bought an RER ticket. Use one and only one ticket for the way there and one ticket for the return. (If you bought roundtrip)

Admission varies with you want, but for one day you can pay 59.00 Euro for adults and 48.00 Euro for kids for one day admission. Food is very expensive there for even a hot dog.

You can find the schedule of character appearances at City Hall if your kids want to meet someone.

Why does it matter? If your going to France wouldn't you want to spend your time elsewhere?

About Disneyland Paris

Europe's top destination, Disneyland Paris, features two theme parks (Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park), Disney Village, seven themed hotels and Golf Disneyland.
About 32 kilometers or 20 miles outside of Paris, it is about one-fifth the size of Paris itself. Millions have visited since it opened (amidst much anti-Mickey controversy) in 1990.

While this isn't exactly the most tres chic destination in France, it provides a great opportunity to make the kids and the parents happy. Not only is it close to Paris, but Paris is 2 hours, 40 minutes from London via Eurostar.

Yes, Euro Disney

Disneyland Paris, just outside the city center. You will see signs coming from the CDG airport going into the city
