Is there a certain street in Paris that has a lot of expensive stores?

Like Louis Vuitton and Chanel?

There are several including the Rue. St. Honore and the Champs Elysee.

Petite Nanie
There are not only expensive shops on the Champs Elysées, there are shops like Zara, Promod that are not expensive.
It would rather be the Rue du Fabourg St Honoré...here stands Chloe, Christian Lacroix, Emanuel Ungaro, Valentino
Chanel and Dior are Avenue Montaigne, so is Jil Sander.

The Place Vendôme is for expensive jewels.

Here you got some addresses : http://www.gala.fr/modules/carnet/liste.php?rub=7&lieu_type=bout&arr=08

Mark
There is one street that has the big department stores, Galleries Lafayette and Au Printemps, and that is Boulevard Haussman.

There are a lot of designer fashion stores on Avenue Montaigne and the Champs Elysée. Place Vendome is another high-priced shopping area.

A few
Place Vendome
Fauburg St Honoré

HI,

Paris is "The" birthplace" of expensive shops
Champs Elysees of course but if you want Cartier etc... go to Place Vendome

Baiocchi
- rue Montaigne (8th arrondissement)
- rue du Faubourg St-Honoré (8th arrondissement)
- Place Vendôme (1st arr.)

chanteur68
that's just silly. There's nothing like that in Paris.

raphaelledaparigi

Servette

Try Les Champs-Elysees

MRS.torressanz

The Avenue des Champs-Élysées (aka the Champs-Elysees) is THE street in Paris for expensive designer stores. There are also a few sidestreets that have expensive stuff, but if you're looking for designer, the Champs-Elysees is your best bet. It's also the one that has the Arc de Triomphe, so you'll be able to do some sightseeing as well. :)
