Hello !
There are flights going from Paris to Rouen
http://www.edreams.com/flights/paris-rouen/
And Trains as well... The Tgv (fast train) takes you from Paris Saint Lazare station to Rouen in an hour for 20 euros ($ 32)

Hello-Paris
 |
The best way to go from Paris to Rouen is the train. It's not far enough to take the plane.
The time you need to go to the airport and wait for the plane, you will be already in Rouen. It's about 130 km from Paris.
The best is to take the train from Gare Saint Lazare. It's not yet TGV on this line, but it takes about 1 hour.
In Paris, it depends on where you arrive. From Charles de Gaulle, you can take RER (it's a big metro), line B and change at Gare du Nord and take RER line E to Saint-Lazare.
In Rouen I don't know how to go from the train station to the airport. Maybe a taxi, because Rouen is not so big as Paris, and probably it's not too far. |

Your best bet is the train. The Station in Rouen is right in the middle of the city. Check and see if an express route is available - you don't want to make any extra stops than necessary. |

tiramisu is right : that wd be definitely dumb to go from paris to rouen by plane !!!
the BEST way is railway : only 1:30 hr far. go to the railway website :
http://www.voyages-sncf.com/dynamic/_SvTermCommVoySaisie?_TMS=1207161011464&_DLG=SvTermCommVoySaisie&_LANG=FR&_AGENCY=VSC
and then choose "Paris Saint-Lazare"
to "Rouen".
the price is abt 20 €.
if youre not more than 26 yrs, take the option : 3. Passager > Jeune (12-25 ans). it's 25% cheaper. |
