Utah But I'm Taller

Is there a road under the eiffel tower?

do cars drive under the arch, or is it just a tourist attraction where theres only cement under it and people walk around?

Motorized vehicles drive by the Eiffel Tower but not under it. You can also float along the River Seine by the Eiffel Tower too. The Eiffel Tower is, in my opinion, part of the park near by(the park's called Champs du Mars)

Cars do not drive under the Eiffel Tower. There is only a place for tourists to walk.

No cars. just people. LOTSA people!

Its mostly gravel. No cars can go under but people can and that's where you can also enter to go up to the top. There's also a grassy area that's stretches for a bit and then a building at the end that's a military school.

Next to it there is a park, directly under it its just cement where people walk. I think you might be mistaken with the arc de triumph. and in front of it there is the river.
