Yes ...you can send them to the Banque de France in Paris, and they will convert and return Euros to you. Send to:

French Francs will not be accepted any place other than the Banque de France. And if you're there on a Saturday, it will probably be closed. It could very well be a long process that could take up to half a day if you're there on a day it is open. So you have to decide if it's really worth it. I think there might also be some minimum amount that needs to be converted as well (1000FF?). |

Yes you can. go to Banque de France in Paris,which is a good bank and you will get thw exchange rates of the dat and they will convert and return Euros to you. the ddress is:
Banque de France, Caisse Generale, Service 18, 10 Boulevard Duclaux, F-63407 Chamalieres Cedex, France
but there is no need to go to the bank because you can still buy things in france with the french francs. everything from clothing to groceries are both labled in euros and in french francs. there are also exchange houses and tabacs where you can change any money currency to euros at the daily exchange rate and they are located near many touristic places, obviously for the tourists convenience.
