Hi,
I'm from paris ; be sure Latin quarter is one of the safest place of Paris.
There's a lot of students and tourists the whole day and night, it's a perfect place to stay.
Don't be afraid, paris is really safe.

smoofus70
I've only been in Paris once for a total of 7 days and we stayed in the Latin Quarter and it seemed perfectly fine.

Mind you, I'm also from NYC, so that might explain why it seemed safe to me. :)

Paula84
The latin quarters is a beautiful area of paris, i've been there alone at night after meeting with friends and it is perfectly safe.

lukee
You'll be fine - Paris like London, New York and other major world cities is perfectly safe if you're sensible

Grinedel
it's safe, there are a lot of tourists and students wandering the street at night. Don't go alone in dark little street with nobody around though...

Laughing Annabella
You heard wrong. It is one of the safest places in Paris.

I live in Paris.

fortunately the GIGN has set up small wooden huts that house large amounts of machine guns and explosives. if anyone gives you any trouble a simple unloading of a Famas should keep them at bay until the FFL come.

bonjour!
