Masculine:

Octave
Octavius
Olivier
Oleg (also russian)
Onfroy
Onesime
Orland (variant of Roland)
Oswald

Feminine:

Odile
Odelie
Odette
Olympie
Olive
Olivia
Olivine
Ondine (Ondine was a water sprite in mythology, there was a Renault car with that name back in the sixties)
Opal
Opaline
Ophélie
Oralie
Orianne

There are many more, especially names from eastern Europe that are also used in France. Now the french use names form all over the world.

Of all these, to me the most french sounding are Olivier for a boy and Odile or Odette for a girl.
Marie Odile was very stylish as a composed name in France a few years back)
