The last two weeks of April and first two weeks of May are my favorite time. The weather is fine, but tourist season hasn't started, so there are no big crowds, and the locals aren't sick of tourists yet. |

i went to around september, shoulder peak season..
i think it was perfect because there were a lot of toursits, but at the same time it wasnt overwhelming. it wasnt too crowded, weather was perfect, not too hot, not cold at all... it rained a couplrd of times, but nothing you cant handle....
also i went to virgin vacations.. it was pretty cheap.. you can add deals to your vacation package such us shuttle to and from hotel, metro passes, museum passes, tours, etc etc etc... |
