Minimum age to visit Moulin Rouge, Paris?

Visiting Paris with grandaughters aged 12 and 14 and wish to see the shows at Moulin Rouge and Lido

Show all answers

taxed till i die,
As far as i know 18.

Rillifane
The Moulin Rouge is a tourist trap and the shows are pure Las Vegas bimbo extravaganzas that are designed for the low brow, gawking rubes willing pay inflated prices for lousy food under the moronic impression that salivating over bare breasts constitutes sophistication.

Instead of exposing your granddaughters to this shoddy and overpriced trash consider exposing them to some culture instead.

At the Restaurant Bel Canto (http://www.lebelcanto.com/) 72, Quai Hôtel de Ville, 4th arr., the servers are all Opera singers who entertain the diners with beautiful renditions of classical music. The atmosphere is refined, intelligent and tasteful and the food is better and more reasonably priced.

The choice is whether to expose your granddaughters to strippers or opera singers. Think about it.

My wife and I took our young son with us, a little younger than your two and all the girls on stage waved at HIM. Now, I'm reasonably Good looking and I got nothing. It wouldn't be so bad but halfway through the show, our son fell asleep.
PS. Don't buy any drinks, you'll have to mortgage the house. A glass of Cola will cost approx. £7.00.
PPS. The show is brilliant.

they'll probably be allowed my school ran trips to paris....and went there with french classes in years 7-11 (aged 11 to 16).

I went to the Moulin Rouge, a few months ago and don't recall seeing any signs restricting age, I am 21 myself and went with no one under 18, pretty sure I saw people there who didn't look 18.

I wouldn't call it pornographic at any rate, the women are topless but that is as far as it goes.

Marie-Charlotte aux Fraises
It's is not the place to take young laddies of their ages!!!!!
The age of majority in France is 18 generaly and 21 for entering casinos.
