Bed and Breakfasts aren't so much a Parisian thing although most hotels serve a typcial French breakfast (cafe au lait, tea or hot chocolate with bread, butter and jam).

I usually stay in the Hotel St. Andre des Artes at 66, rue St. Andre des Artes in the 6th arr. A single costs 66 euros and a double 86 euros, breakfast included. If you choose this place you must reserve as it is VERY popular and very small (35 rooms). Email them at hsaintand@wanadoo.fr

This is a perfectly located place in a very fun area, close to all the tourist sights. Its is a very simple place with no TV, no elevator, no minibars, no restaurant or room service. But its clean, pleasant and has modern ensuite bathroom facilities.

There is not B&B in France, but you can go in a "auberge de jeunesse".
