leur vol arrive du canada (their flight comes from Canada)

wrong all of you....its a trick question.....it's DU which means "their flight arrives from Canada?" it could have been AU as well but since it's a question, asking if their flight arrives in canada makes no sense(although possible).

Au usually means "to". You wouldn't say that a flight is arriving to a place; you would normally say that it is arriving from a place.
From is "du" in this case. However, if the next word started with a vowel, you would use d' by the way (example: d'Espagne or d'Ecosse).
