Why don't you split the on line reservation on 2 or 3 different persons?
In that way there is no restriction on the large number of requested rooms per person.

You should send an e-mail directly to the hotel. Most hotels advise this for large parties. They probably have a contact listed.

If you're concerned about not speaking the language, you can write your e-mail in English and then use altavista babelfish website to translate it to French. Include both versions in the note you send. I've done this before with good results.

I think you mean this hotel:

http://www.hoteleurope.net/ where you can communicate by email your requirements. It's a small hotels of around 60 rooms and a two star property.

Then maybe you can compare what's on offer in the area.

At the last minute you will likely obtain rates as cheap as this:

http://www.cheaperthanhotels.com/France/Paris/Notre-Dame---Latin-Quarter/Europe-Saint-Severin-Hotel-Paris-L22246R.htm

but you are best to make certain of your reservation by booking in advance. You also need to check the room configurations are OK for three in a room or four in a room.

You can compare the whole thing online with other hotels in the area. Just go to this directory and look for other hotels in the area:

Check the red box on the link below - i think the limit is 12 rooms - and the room configurations are displayed, plus you can send special requests with your order.

This is a good site which has customer service support in most World regions - helpful if you're needing to sort things out remotely.
