Merry Meet!
There is a site called witchvox, that will tell you of covens and groups in your area, you just type in your zipcode or whatever and are given info relavent to your area.
With regards to a store, i live in rual queensland Australia.and the nearest store to me is an 8 hr round trip! But you can make for yourself many items needed for ritual, in fact these are more powerfull than store bought things as you are putting your own energy and power into them,! Have a lok on the net and you can buy things online also. I looked around at things and then got ideas and made most of my things. Remember you are using good intent, and the goddess knows that and will bless you for it!
If you have any questions please email me as i love to talk Wicca with likeminded people!! I can tell you how i made my things also and give you a consercration ritual for the items you make....
May the blessings and love of the goddess be with you sister!
Blessed be!

You didn't say what country/county/states they're in.

Why waste your money going to some store? Here's the magic formulas=

Money drawing oil = mineral oil plus green dye
Love Oil = mineral oil plus red dye
Protecton oil = mineral oil plus blue dye
black art oil = mineral oil plus black dye
attraction oil = = mineral oil plus orange dye

Then put it in a little bottle with a mystical looking lable.

Wicca is a hoax and a tremendous waste of time. It was started as a cult by masochist and Crowley disciple Gerald Gardener so he could be beaten by strong willed women. The followers are self deluded into thinking they have magical powers.

" For years I couldn't afford to go to a hair stylist (still can't, it's shop and chop for me). I got pretty good at stying my own hair from looking at magazine pictures" [SOURCE: Teen Witch, Llewellyn Publications, 2003 edition, page 145]

OK, she so rich she can't go to the hairdresser. Hey, get me a copy of that Prosperity Spell book!

Silver Ravenwolf seems to have inadvertently discovered that Wicca makes things worse, but won't ever admit it as such.
In Teen Witch she says

"A lot of people tell me how bad their lives have gotten after casting a spell and tell me they won't do Witchcraft anymore. I tell them their lives would have been much worse for not having cast the spell".
