The big flea market is Les Puces de Saint-Ouen that is between the Porte de St-Ouen and Porte de Clignancourt, just outside 18th arrondissement. Some 200,000 people shop there every weekend. Bring cash, as stallholders seldom accept credit cards. Get there by taking the metro to Porte de Clignancourt (line 4) or Porte de St-Ouen (line 13).

Oh my god there are so many different types of markets there! I went in June 2006 and that was the best place for vintage stuff! All you really need to do, is ask some one on hotel staff about things that are going on once you get there. Even right off the Champs down the little side streets there are some cool vintage stores, art galliers, botiques, etc. Its very cool! I hop you have an amazing trip!

You might try the areas around Sacre Coeur- sort of a Bohemian area anyway. Also look on the Left Bank.
Have a great time in Paris, man. Great town!
Go to Jim Morrison's grave in Pere LaChaise cemetary. The Tower, Louvre,....etc.. What's cool about Paris is that it's fun to hang out in.
