you wont be able to find a cheap hotel in Paris! France is very expensive. I'm in French class and we're doing research on Paris right now and everything is expensive there. use the metro instead of taking a cab. its cheaper. and go to the catacombs. its very interesting! |

For one thing, you are not going to find a motel in all in Paris. You might find a hotel.
Motels are "motor hotels". Big cities generally have hotels.
Given the exchange rate of the dollar to the euro right now, Paris hotels are all going to be expensive. |

I stayed at the Elysses Union hotel. I don't know if that is spelled right....anyway it wasn't too expensive and in a great location. It is halfway between the Arch and the Tower. |
