There is no direct train from Orly airport to Strasbourg.
You will have to travel into Paris and get to the Gare de L'Est (the east train station).
There are several ways you can do this.
1. You can take the Orlyval (NOT the Orlybus) to the Anthony train station. Orlyval is a sort of automated metro that operates between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., leaving every 4 to 7 minutes from each Orly terminal (Orly Sud and Orly Ouest). The one-way Orlyval fare is 720 €for adults and 3.60€ for children (ages 4-10). You then take the RER B commuter train line into Paris (for which you pay a seperate fare)
You may go to Gare du Nord and then walk as has been suggested but it may be easier to get off at the Denfert-Rochereau stop and transfer to Metro line 4 (marked Direction : Porte de Clignancourt) which wil take you directly to the Gare de L'Est
2. You can take the Orlybus directly to the Denfert-Rochereau metro station and then proceed as above. This is both more direct and cheaper. Hours of operation of the Orlybus are 5:35 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., with departures every 15-20 minutes, and travel time is about 30 minutes. The one-way Orlybus fare from the airport to Paris is 5.80€
3. Air France has an express shuttle bus which runs from Orly to the Gare Montparnasse. You may then get on Metro line 4 and proceed as above. The only reason for using this route is that the Air France bus is marginally more comfortable than the Orlybus.
Hours of operation of the Air France Shuttle are 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. weekdays (7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on weekends), with departures every 30 minutes. A one-way ticket costs 16€ for adults. |

Strasbourg trains leave out of Gare de l'Est.
Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are walking distance from each other.
If you take the Orlybus to Antony RER station, that will take you straight to Gare du Nord and walk the rest of the way.
Otherwise, you could look into the Air France bus;

See if you can take the Métro from Invalides, or grab a cab. From there, it shouldn't be too long or expensive. I'm not sure what lines on the métro you would take but again, it's not far. You might have to connect.
I've done it both ways. |

RER trains leave regularly from both terminals and connect to the metro and SNCF train stations. SNCF to Strasbourg is only about 2.5 hours. |
