You do not say when it was issued. A new accord was signed by EU sates last year that enables each state to pursue legal action against errant motorists in other states. If you are using the same vehicle and the registration is picked up, either by eye or the automatic number plate registration cameras, you could well find yourself in some trouble.
No guarantee either way, take your choice.

How dare you disrespect the French and not pay the fine, there will be severe consequences, there will be a huge fine.

maca
why did you not pay the fine, do you think you have diplomatic immunity therefore able to flout the local laws of the country you visited even if it was France

ADRIANNE
Oh yes. Good luck.

greybeard
I doubt it, it depends on how long ago it was, you could always deny all knowledge of the ticket. I would! Just bluff it out!

Gonz
I doubt it - depends how long ago it was
