paris is a mix of oceanic and continental climate. Meaning it changes a lot.
End of february/beginning of march is especially difficult to predict. it's mild most of the time, but February can still be quite cold (you won't be outdoors all the time, anyway; so it's not really a problem).
Definitely expect some rain, but hope for sun. Pack a little bit of everything. You clearly won't wear shorts, but take trousers and have several layers of tops available that you will put or take away according to the weather (and going inside/outside).

Last year it rained 7 days in February (the norm for february being 9) but 17 j in March !! (not all day, of course. The norm is 10 days, last year's March was really awful). Temp : the norm is min/mas 3°C-8°C in Feb and 5°C-12°C in March. |

Pardon, I am not in Paris right now, but I have found it to be cold there, even in April when it can be cold and rainy ..... after all, the River Seine, which is quite wide and deep, runs right through Paris, giving it a moist atmosphere |
