Look at the "Mairie" of the place you are going.
The most of the times they know who have a B&B and can make arrangement with them.
You should also have a look at what we call "Gite de France".

Good Luck !

Whats my Name
One of my favourite travel sites for Bed and Breakfasts

Mnémosyne
I don't know, but if you want to look on internet, what I can do is giving you the right translation (because in france we don't speak well english..)
You are looking for une maison d'hôtes qui accepte les animaux, or un gîte rural (but it's more....rural!) qui accepte les animaux.
Good luck!

Mafalda est maman
try the website of gites de france on google.fr, you can look for a B&B which accepts pets

jo
look on pet friendly website for dog holidays
