OK-If you just don't want to waste the money on a phonecard to call a wrong number, this will work well for you, I'm sure. I'm a nosey wife so I can tell you that one of the fastest ways to check out a number is to google- reverse lookup or find by phone number. Also, if she has given you the hotel name and city, then you could just google that. If they have a web site, I'm sure their number is on it as well. If you just think she's lying about where she is, maybe you should discuss your insecurities with her when you talk to her again. Good luck!

Call the international operator and they can help you hopefully.
I also Googled keyword "international phone operator number" and got the 800 number and link below, I hope that they are helpful. I suggest calling or emailing them and asking them about the number you have for your girlfriend's location.
