Real estate in Brittany/Bretagne?

Hey there,

What are land prices like in Brittany? And are many Brits choosing to buy there?

Also i was interested in what the climate is like there.

Cheers,

Indeed many brits are moving over there. The climate is pretty rainny but less rainny if you are from the UK. It is just a matter of perseption. But it is never too cold. The prices may vary extremely on the location. The center of Brittany is very cheap. But the main cities are dear, especially Rennes and Vannes. The Morbihan area is expensive except when it is close to the center.

Land price in Brittany is very costy and difficult to get.
Prices are more reasonable in the Pays de la Loire, above all in departments such as Mayenne and Sarthe.
This is the heart of France so living there could be a genuine experience.
