your not allowed to take photos ot inside

worldglobetrottergirl
While some churches and cathedrals may let it slide, they usually don't allow photographs taken inside Sacre-Coeur Basilica. I had some fellow travelers get escorted out when they were caught taking photos.

No you are not allowed. When I went they had people walking around to make sure you didn't take photos.

You'll find that most churches will ask you not to use a flash. There are signs when this is the case.

I've never had problems taking photos in churches without a flash. Due to the lack of light, you'll need to use a long exposure and possibly a tripod. If you have the right equipment, you probably will be fine. If you have a camera that has fully automatic everything, then your pictures probably will not come out. Even if it gets the exposure right, you probably will not be able to hold your camera steady long enough.

probably not but you can probably get away with it. just make sure your flash is turned off! they'd get really mad abt that

There's a sign posted at the entrance to Sacre Coeur telling visitors that photography is not allowed. When I was there last year, I saw lots of security people walking around to enforce the rules.

When I visited Notre Dame and St. Chappelle, photos were allowed without flash. That was a few years ago, so I don't know if the rule has been changed.

You're not supposed to but people still do.
As is the same in Notre Dame.
