The Hotel Palais Bourbon is located in the 7th district. I did a search and a double room for the nights you are looking for is 125 euro a night.
There is an internet point, air conditioning and a lift.

Check out venere.com. I've book hotels and B&B's through them many times, in France and Italy. You can read reviews from people who have recently stayed in the places that interest you, and my experience has been that I am able to get exactly the type of place I want after reading them. They list all areas and price ranges, and show you the locations on a map. Have a great trip! |

I stayed at a family owned hotel called the castex it was in the 11th though. Great place, nice family and I believe they had a lift although I honestly don't remember for sure. It was about $50 at the time, I see it's risen to about 100 euros now. It's very close to the bastille metro station.

had a real good stay in Hotel-Nikko - japanese owned, very clean and luxurious, and about 6 blocks from Tour Eiffel. Lifts and ramps galore. |
