Should i buy euros when I go to France?
Do they accept american dollars at the stores in france or should I be better off buying the euro. Should I go to the bank in the US to trade some money. Thanks
Buy the Euro's in the US. You'll get the best rate of exchange. Dollars in France are a no no. But that's the French. Anywhere else in Europe, and they would trip over themselves to get the US dollar. But not France. Why? Because that the French! Go figure! Have a great time.

Euros only.....(thank u come again)

Yes, but euros. At a bank is the least expensive and at the airport is the most expensive.

Euros only in France.
Shop around for the best exchange rate before you travel.
Banks, travel agents, exchange bureaus etc will vary day to day.

Of course. You'd get lost with dollars or pounds.

they only take euros .
you may find it cheaper to change your money in your country and then if you run out then change some other there i don't know what its like in states but there isn't much difference between the pound and the euro at the mo so you end up getting less or charged more to change it over there then you would at home the post office in the UK do not charge commission so you should see if you get it commission free.
