Can anyone advise is I can catch a train from the airport to Disneyland and how long it takes and how frequently they run.Have looked at the shuttle buses seem to take a long time and expensive. As I am only staying 2 nights 3 days will not have a lot of luggage and plan to make the best use of my time.

Take the RER B line from the station which is in the airport to to the Chatelet-Les Halles station. There you can change to the RER A line marked "Direction : Marne-la-Vallee Chessy" and ride it to the end of the line (which is the Mane la Vallee stop). The entrance to the park is just a three minute walk from the station.
Excluding the waiting time the trip will take about 1 hour 15 minutes. Trains run every few minutes.

You can catch one so easily from the CDG.There are shuttle trains that take you from terminal to terminal too,Go the main CDG RER station, buy yourself your ticket and ask for a map. There is a train from there that will take you straight to the front door of Disney.Trains are very frequent.
