Gare de l'Est.
However, please note that Paris is such a compact city that all the major train stations are "close" to any address in Paris proper.

jl_geesen
Gare du nord and gare de l'Est are quite near this adress.
so if you want to use Eurostar ( Uk) or Thalys (Belgium) . Gare du Nord is ok .

Gare de l'Est
But note that Gare du Nord is close to rue du Château d'Eau too.

As others have said, Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord are both within a few minutes easy walking distance.

Look at mappy.fr and click on the "pieton" option and you can get your road map for walking there.

I would suggest Gare Du Nord as it is the 3 largest stating in the world, It goes everywhere. The architecture of the building is amazing!!!
