I live in Biarritz,and today it's cold(14°) but i think less than in Alsace.In this moment we not wearing hats and scarfs.But you can take an umbrella. |

It is usually in the upper 50's, lower 60's this time of year. You will need hats or umbrellas for it rains alot this time of year. Hope this helps! |
