Hi, I have been in Paris many times, the best hotel to stay if you are in a budget is the Ibis tour Eiffel, the price is about 80 euros and is well located just a block form the metro line 6 CAMBRONNE (this line can get you without transfer to the Tour Eiffel, champs Elise, Montparnasse TGV train station and intersect with the RER the takes you to the airport), also you have the bus stop just in front and if you like to go out at night about two blocks form the Noctilien bus( in service from 12 to 5AM) .
They offer breakfast for 7 euros, they also have Internet access but it’s not free you have to pay for it.
This is the link if you want to try it:

Wow, there are over 400 hotels in Paris, so it's kinda tough to know exactly which hotel to recommend.
That being said, you might want to consider the Best Western Eiffel Park -- it's located in the Champs de Mars area.

You can read more about it at the link above, and even check rates & book online.
Have a great trip! |

I'll suggest you Ascot Opera hotel -rue Monsigny no.2. It's a small one, in a very safe area, and, the most important, very well located, very close to the main beauties if Paris. |

You should be warned that the French hotel star system can be very misleading. It is based on a simple checklist of physical amenities (is there an elevator?) and does not address questions of service, ambiance, location or even cleanliness. Thus a hotel can have three stars and be a souless, filthy pit with rude staff while a one star can be a charming place, spotlessly clean and with friendly staff (but no elevator).
Some hotels I suggest are:

There are lots around Paris, Close the Eiffel tower, I always stay in 3- 4 star and it costs me €50 - €70 a night, you don’t need to pay any more.
To look for good deals you could try these sites
