Depends if you are talking about temperature.......if you are ,obviously south of France has the hottest temperatures. Brittany has been known to reach 40degrees at certain times of the year but tends to get more than average rainfall. Central France....Limousin area for example may reach about 42 but has a lot of thunderstorms and the mistral winds...i hope that i'm on the right track but you havn't really explained yourself very well.
