Well, Easyjet do Paris to Liverpool
If you book early, you can get some cheap deals.
You've just missed out on their 25% off everything sale (it was for trips before mid July, but you had to book before last week). There are still some good deals though.
Jet2 and Flybe do Paris to Manchester.
You could cycle and take a ferry.
Hitching seems to have gone out though, with all the security paranoia.

There is currently a sale with fares from as low as £12 one way to Paris.
