It will be very cold. February is the peak of ski season in France. Be sure to pack lots of warm clothes and scarves. In Paris, the average high temperature at night can be 7 degrees Celsius (45 degrees Fahrenheit).

Where France is a big country, I went to Biarritz yesterday =) It is 11km from my town in Spain. it was -3ºC here in the morning but it was 8ºC before Lunch... in Biarritz it was -3ºC for most of the day... with a strong COLD wet sea breaze =(

It depends on where in France you are going. In Paris in February the average high temperature is 7 degrees Celsius/45 degrees Farenheit, and the average low is 1 Celsius/34 Farenheit. Some snow is possible.

Its a bit warmer in NIce and a bit colder in Strasbourg.
