I have been to a number of places, while I love being home, there are other places in the world that are my favorite place to visit. My favorite places in the world that I have visited is probably Boston, Seattle, Riva San Vitale (Switzerland), Rome, Munich, Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen, London, Oxford, and Bath. Among those places, it is tough to choose which is my favorite, I enjoy each for different reasons. But, if I had to choose one at this current moment, it would probably be Oslo, Norway.

I've never been out of America, so in the 50 states I think California, Alaska, and Hawaii. But if I went to Paris, I probably would love it.

I've been to 21 countries, and while I like the tropical rainforest in Australia, rock formations in Cappadocia (in Turkey), and the Alaskan glaciers, and lots of other special places around the world (I like natural wonders outside); my favorite place is home. It is my personal spot just for me and my family.

Amsterdam for sure. I know what you're thinking "Sure just another P_t-head." Which may be true, however there is so much more to it than that. The culture and beauty of the city is amazing, and the people are very friendly and enjoy meeting tourists. Many people have come from all over the world and so many choose to stay. The beauty, diversity, and tolerance of those with different opinions, lifestyles, and cultures is something to be respected.
Source(s):

Personal experience. Sure Paris was VERY beautiful too, but the people in Amsterdam are much friendlier. And it had more of a feeling of community to me. . Feeling more of Life, and less hustle and Bustle than Paris. And NO................not just in the Pot Shops!!!!!!!!!!!!
