My Aussie husband thinks we re the best!!!!!

Just because a woman is French doesn't mean she's of another species! Nobody is into exactly the same things as another person, so just work on your knowledge of French culture and you'll have a small insight on what their lives are like, but not necessarily what they're into.

French women are the nicest women ever, I love them and im sure you will to, they speak beautifully and they love american men, especilly african americans

While the other answers are true--most French women do, indeed, have 2 arms, 2 legs, etc just like women from other countries--there are also some substantial differences between French women and women of other countries. There are good sides and bad...let me preface this, of course, by saying that all of the things will depends completely on the individual you are talking to. These are just generalities...

Good:
1. French women tend to be very feminine, moreso than American women. They are thinner than Americans, they dresss more sexy, they don't get hung up with political correctness or sexist dilemmas as American women sometimes do. They don't pound beers or try to act like 'one of the boys' like American women sometimes do. They are much more at ease with acting like women. There are far fewer 'tough corporate broads' in France than in the US...when I lived in NYC we used to call them 'chicks with d_cks', the women who acted very tough and business like, and showed their feminine side almost never.
2. French women appreciate intelligence and culture more than American women. In general, it's more important for a French woman to be with an intelligent and cultured man who has a good sense of humor, than to be with a man who is very handsome. Looks matter to a French woman, but intelligence and culture matter more to them than to their American counterparts. In French, there is a saying that translates roughly to "If you make a woman laugh, you've got her half way to your bed."
3. French women are more sexual than American women. They're much less hung up and uptight about sex, they like it and they like to talk about it. The more open and comfortable you are about sex, they better it will go with a French woman.

The bad:
1. French women can be much more hysterical than American women. It must have something to do with the fact that they come from a Latin culture...they tend to freak out much easier. They'll make big deals out of nothing and it can at times be a bit of an emotional roller coaster. It's as if they think they're in a movie sometimes and that they're supposed to scream and shout.
2. If you go on a date with a French woman, she will expect you to pay for EVERYTHING. There's absolutely no concept of splitting somethings...you're the man, so you pay.
3. French women can be somewhat snotty. I guess it comes with being French...they really can be rude people sometimes, and the women are the same. Depends on the person, of course, but they can be much more snotty than American women.
