I brought my friends key chains and pillow cases (the decorative, beaded kind). They were both really cheap (Versailles has the best key chains, department stores the best pillow cases), and they fit in my luggage - one carry-on! |

When I was there, I accidentally went to the Eiffell Tower at night, when it was closed.
There are like hundreds of men and women selling little Eifell Towers and Paris scarves and such for unbelievably low prices.
I managed to buy 9 glass light up Eifell Towers for right under 5 euros. |

oh you know... go to a gift shop, look for things like cheep little flags, magnets, ext. a really really good gift from france is one of those mini eiffel towers, and those are pretty much every where around there ^__^ |

Food is a good gift because we've got the best food in the world. ;-) Like Un bon munster (very good smelly cheese from Alsace). There are 365 kind of cheese in France. We can eat a cheese a day. Une saussice fumée, une choucroute, une tartiflete, une potée lorraine...

I remember having bought "Paris" T-Shirts not far from Eiffel tower.
On the french riviera (Cote d'Azur) there are a lot of souvenirs shops where you can buy shirts, beach towels or other stuff. I regretted not having bought a "Cote d'Azur" towel with a naked woman on it when I saw one. |
