A comfortable lifestyle, an intellectual and cultured society, food which pays due heed to locality and season prepared with meticulous attention to technique, a health care system which is clearly the best in the world and yet affordable and which makes provision for all citizens, a recognition that there is more to the life than crass materialism, and a sense of style and joie de vivre that makes life something more than just a passage from one day to the next.

fallinginlove
everyone just seems so chic and posh, beautiful scenery and climate, many famous landmarks (eiffel tower, the louvre, etc) and its fascinating history.

Snape is hot!
Have you ever met a French person? They're just so cute. And the scenery, architecture and fashion.

Food cooked in butter, beautiful scenery (e.g. old castles), old world charm (all those cobblestoned streets), high fashion, art, etc. France is the most visited country on earth. The most money spent per tourist however is in the US. Compared with other countries, our clothes, food, ipods are really cheap.
