Shopping? Avenue Jean Medecin (runs through the center of the city) and Nice Old Town, the Cours Saleya for the flower market/fruit & vegetables too in the am
Clubs?
Restaurants, bars, cafes? in above areas, all price ranges

What not to miss? take the train to Monaco, it's well worth it and only costs about 6 Euro return

You have to see the view from the great "corniche", it's really beauty-full.
The flower market.
The country-side in the mountain near Nice is very nice.
You can also visit Monaco and the sea museum initiate by late Jacques Cousteau.
There's a good restaurant near the flower market with a great aquarium, but I don't remember it's name.

Nice is a beautiful city, warm and sunny. So you can go to the beach, go for walks on "la promenade des anglais". if you can afford it, try to book a room in the Negresco Hotel, it's fantastic or go there for a coffee. it's a fantastic place that you can't miss... |

What cant you do in Nice?! Theres so much there! Every french city has an Office de Tourisme. They will certainly have information once you get there. Also look online. If you dont know french, open an online translator in another window. The beach is nice. Promenade des Anglais is the road that runs along it. |
