French people dont speak english, they don't speak french too, but they loves young english women , and pretty women. They paly soccer, drink beer and a lot of wine and they spare their time to go on holidays lying at the seaside on the beach. French men is romantic , but he isnt well suited. He drinks some strange food as frogs or surgeon

France is a gorgeous country with wonderful people. I'm an American, but I don't understand why so many Americans are dismissive, if not downright rude, when it comes to French culture. The French are intelligent, polite, and accepting. I don't understand how anyone could think any less of the French. I would love to live in France someday, but unfortunately I don't speak the language well enough yet.

J'adore la France, et j'aime bien les français. Je suis allée à la France l'année dernière. Les gens étaient très sympa parce-que j'étais respectueuse.

Great country, people were friendly, food was good, too bad my french was very poor when I was there, but the people were still nice and appreciated my efforts. Any stereotype against French people is just that, a stereotype.... And if you go over there and don't the time to learn basic greetings and phrases, I'm sorry, but you deserve to be treated rudely. Not everyone speaks english and not everyone should HAVE to.

France has about 64 million people so it's hard to generalize. My personal experiences have been overwhelmingly positive.

Most people living in Western cultures are the same no matter where you go. French people are very similar to Americans and other Europeans in that some can be wonderful and some can be extremely rude. Depends on a lot of factors, especially what part of France you are in. My experience in Paris has been that most French people are very honest and it can come across as blunt or rude to some Americans who are more accustomed to people who beat around the bush. Also, because it was a big city most of the people were a bit impatient, but you would get the same in any big city (New York for example). The French people I met at the bars were usually a bit wary at first, but after talking they stopped with the "stupid American" jokes and were really friendly and respectful.

I lived in Paris for six years and I came away with a positive experience. They have a different culture than the British and Americans (not that they are the same). They speak their minds without hesitation and some take that as rudeness. If you realize that they are really trying to help you out, not being fake or trying lie to you, then you realize that they are good people deep down.

I'm a little mad at them, they should've voted for Le Pen in the recent elections...
