Air France runs a whole fleet of flights, and the plane assigned to any route can be changed and is not always the same one. Some needs to go into maintenance and some is operational at all time. So they go on rotations. Nobody here can tell you exactly what plane you'll be on when you're flying!
Newer planes have individual entertainment sets but not all their planes are like that as the older ones inevitably has only a few shared screens per cabin area and there is no option to look at movies/shows on demand. Most long haul flights should have individual screen by this stage but it's not a sure thing.
Seats on economy class is the same pretty much everywhere - small, with little leg space, unless you get a seat on the front row of your section. Airline food is not gourmet food, but anyone who travels can tell you that. Cabin crews are trained to be pleasant and helpful.
Honestly, I wouldn't waste time to worry about all these. Asking the same questions over and over at Y!A is not going to change anything. If you're worried about individual screen and movies etc, bring your own laptop as backup. If you want music, bring your iPod. If you want cabin crew to be pleasant, be pleasant to them. Air France is a 4 stars airline (http://www.airlinequality.com/StarRanking/4star.htm ), so trust the airline to know what they're doing to actually achieve this good rating. |

I haven't gone from Charles de Gaulle to Hong Kong, but I have gone to Osaka this way, the flight was ok, the crew were nice although I didn't rate the entertainment, there was the option of 1 movie and a few TV shows, not really enough for a long haul flight in my opinion.
Apparently their sister company KLM is much better to fly with. |

honestly, check air frances site, or just google it around. Idon't no much about airfrance to be honest, but it all depends on carrier. Considering that is somewhat of a long haul flight, i would assume there would some sort of entertainment, weather its PTV's or AVODs, you may have something there. |
