Thais is right
French is rife with slang though you may not catch on to it.
The more "suburby" you get, the more they tend to speak backwards - "verlan" (Ă  l'envers)
teuf = fete = party
meuf = woman, chick
reum = mere = mother
I could go on and on
As for swear words, I'll leave you with a choice of the most common, so much so in fact, that some are hardly swear words anymore:
putain, merde, fait chier, ta gueule, salope, salaud, con, connard, enculé
hahaha, I have to stop here, it's so liberating writing all this knowing the filter won't do a thing
Have fun in France!

I don't understand your question, you want to know some French slang words?
They don't really use slang in Paris so a basic knowledge of French is fine.
In the banlieue they use a lot of slang but they make it so that you won't understand. It's basically backwards talk though ex: femme = meuf and so on.
If you wanna say something is cool you can say genial or just say cool.
Let's see... some useful words:
Mec - means guy
Flic - means cops, so if you hear that then run
Gueule de bois - hangover, in case you need to explain
mmmm I dunno what else to include...
Make sure you don't get the verb baiser and the noun baiser mixed up. The verb is fu-- and the noun is kiss. So if someone says a sentence with that, look at the context.
Good luck.

the french are very big on not having slang really. they enjoy keeping the language pure. there is even much debate on whether they should enter english words for items that werent around during the start of french heritage. such as sandwich.
