What is it like travelling on the TGV train from Paris to Nice? How safe is it? What does it look like?

The TGV goes pretty fast and has few stops which makes traveling quicker but it's still a train like a plane you're stuck and can't do much... but you can at least walk around, many cars have tables so you can eat, play cards, etc. and there are usually cars with (over priced) food and drinks.

You'll pass through a lot of countryside so especially as you get into Southern France the view will be nice.

It's extremely safe in the sense that there haven't been any fatal accidents in a TGV (minus people who jump in front of them to commit suicide). As far as theft and such goes I would say as long as you're smart and don't leave valuables lying around you're fine.

It's very safe, especially during the day. To see what the train looks like, do an image search on TGV. From the train, things don't look much different than they do from a fast moving car.

It's very safe and wonderfully comfortable. For photos, just Google TGV.

Very nice views. Basically all the superfast trains are safe and they also have police in the train. Train itself are nice and clean. There is a restaurent coach. you can always walk around freely.

Nice way ti visit europe.
