Everywhere in Paris is romantic! My favorites are the Eiffel Tower (of course). But go to metro stop Trocodero. It overlooks the tower. Go just before dusk and watch the tower be lit up. It's truly amazing! Another of my favorites is Place des Voges in the Marais. Rue Moufftard is a small winding street lined with small shops and restaurants. There is also a market there. I could go on and on about Paris, but those are my picks!

visit the notre dame, the champs ellysee or however u spell it... and go up on the eiffel tower

Go to the bascillica - you get a view of paris, a splendid church, some nice cafes, and a view of the tower too. There may also be some musicians there,

the eifel tower.

J'adore Paris
Paris is my favourite city in the world! It has a wonderful romantic ambiance and if you allow yourself the ability to become a Parisian (even if you are only a temporary visitor) you will not be disappointed wherever you visit.
The Eiffel Tower is spectacular and very much "the romantic heart" of Paris (many people propose there!) You have to see it both by day and night. The tower is lit and sparkles at night.
I agree with many of the previous answers... you can find so many romantic areas.. The Parks, a walk aside the Seine, sitting outside Notre Dame etc, walking through the winding streets, taking a coffee or glass of wine in one of the many cafes... The list goes on!!

In short.. Just savour the moment!

A little cafe in Montmarte--just to sit and eat and talk!
