The easiest way is obviously by taxi but that will be fairly expensive.
However, public transportation is not that difficult assuming that you are not carrying a lot of baggage. I am 61, often have to walk with a cane due to a bad back and almost always use public transportation from the airport.
Take the RER from the airport (the station is in the terminal) to the Chatelet-Les Halles stops (about 31 minutes) . From there you transfer to the Metro line 14 marked "Direction : Saint-Lazare" which will take you there in another 4 minutes.
The cost will be 8.40 euros per person. |

In Paris the Metro and RER trainis are typically the easies, though occasionally a bus will get you somewhere more quickly. There are at least 2 ways from Teriminal 3 at CDG, though one takes about 25 minutes, the other about 55.
Use the web site below. Just first click on the Union Jack flag at the top to get English, and put in the locations where you want to start and end, selecting fewest connections.
You'll need to know they date and time of day, too. |

You can go with public transportation http://www.ratp.fr
Otherwise, you can also have a shuttle service directly to Gare d'Austerlitz
