At most times of the day, the RER is the fastest method = 35 minutes.
Take RER A (direction Cergy/Poissy/St-Germain-en-Laye) to Châtelet-les-Halles (3 minutes) + RER B to the airport (31 minutes). It's 45 minutes total including walking time.

The fastest a cab could take you there is 25 minutes (if you are arriving very early morning (before 6) or late at night (after 10 on a weekday) and at the very best 20 minutes in the middle of the night. During the day with the horrible traffic in and around Paris it would take at least twice as long and it's less predictable.

RER B from CDG to "CHATELET LES HALLES STATION", then take RER A in the direction of MLV Chessy-Boissy Saint Leger, and GARE DE LYON is the next stop

My vote's for the Air France bus. That's what I used to get to work. No pfaffing with changing anything. It doesn't even stop and goes straight there. Less chance of getting pickpocketed (big drawback with the RER).
