In fact smaller is the number of the arrondissement more expensive it will be.
1 to 4 are verry verry expensive, 7 and 16 are also expensive but you always can find a good deal if you know how to look and everywere you have places verry expensive.
For those places, champs elyses and around, hotel de ville, place vendome, rue de rivoli, la concorde, ile de la cite, notre dame de paris, le sacre coeur, opera, champ de mars and aroud the eifel tower, on the borders of the parcs, and a lot more.
