France is 9 hours ahead of California. Be aware that they don't always change on to and off of daylight savings time on the same date.

The time difference is 9 hours. If you're going make sure that you give yourself the whole next morning to sleep. It's a beautiful city so you'll want to be able to enjoy it properly.
