It depends on what your motivation is. I spent 6 weeks there on study abroad and I had a blast because I wanted to learn about the culture there and I did. I also had the best time wandering around museums - I love museums and I had my fill of them. I highly recommend the Musee d'Orsay, which is a couple stops on the RER from the la tour eiffel (Eiffel Tower). It's my favorite museum of all the ones I've been to in the world. The parks there are AMAZING. Sure, they're grass and plants - but trust me, parks are wonderful. The Jardin de Luxembourg is my favorite spot in Paris. I'd spend a week there, just hanging out.

Pick up a guidebook and check it out. There are lots of wonderful things to do.
