Check out the Musee D'Orsay. It's near the Louvre, but better. Do the Arc De Triumph and take a stroll down the Champs Elysees. Go to Notre Dame and hang out in the Latin Quarter. Napoleon's tomb is neat too. For something off-beat you could do the sewer tour. Euro-Disney and Versailles are short train trips away.

depends on what you like doing. but if you're only there for a weekend, take the boat ride by the seine, at night. visit all the sites that tourists guides mention : Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysée, Arc de Triomphe. Paris is small and compact and if you are into walking and have the stamina, you can trek from one site to another.

Get out of Paris and go to Fountainbleu. It's worth the trip and you will have a great time.

http://paris.c-lafrance.com/ gives a lot of ideas. Choose according to your interests !

A week-end is short to have a look at Paris ! Best should be having a quick sight-seeing of Paris from the top of a RATP Open Tour double-decked bus. You may get down at the most famous spots (Eiffel Tower, ..) : it already takes one day to do so ! Be careful of the time waisted in the queues !

Have a nice stay !
