The Chunnel. I took the Eurostar from London to Paris!
John
It really scares me how few people know this nowadays. Like 'american' said, it's called the Chunnel (short for Channel Tunnel) and, not surprisingly, it runs across the English Channel. I think the Eurostar runs through it, just fyi =]
abdoucondorcet
i wouldnt say "joins france to england" but "brings england back to france".
it's the tunnel called Eurotunnel.

you don't know about the Chunnel....!!!!!!!
geeez what is wrong with schools these days,
The Chunnel is an underwater tunnel across the English Channel between England and France.
You REALLY need to get out more.

It is the Chunnel, or Tunnel sous la Manche.
You can either take the train Eurostar which goes from London to Paris by way of Ashford, Calais, Lille, or you can cross with your car or truck in a special train called the Shuttle from Ashford to Calais.

Is'nt it the tunnel that runs under the ocean???!!!
